Днес бяхме много заети в кухнята. Партньори от България, Испания, Хърватия и Северна Македония участваха в експериментирането с платформата за електронно обучение VET@HOME.
Партньорите по проекта бяха разделени на екипи и изпълняваха последователно ролята на инструктори и на обучаеми във виртуални практически уроци по готварство, за да тестват функционалностите на платформата за електронно обучение, създадена в рамките на проект VET@HOME. Това беше организирано на две отделни места (зала за демонстрации и учебна кухня), за да се симулират условията на дистанционното практическо обучение, когато преподавателят/инструкторът провежда демонстрация на живо от центъра за обучение или училището, а обучаемите следват инструкциите и изпълняват задачите в собствените си домове и кухни.
Нашите приятели от Португалия също се присъединиха чрез онлайн връзка от Повоа де Варзим и ни помогнаха да разберем напълно капацитета и възможностите, които дава платформата, за поддържане на онлайн виртуално практическо обучение под ръководство на преподавател.
Приготвихме някои традиционни ястия от България, Хърватия, Северна Македония и Испания, докато тествахме новата ни платформа за електронно обучение. Участниците приготвиха салата, основно ястие, супа и десерт, като се редуваха в ролите си на инструктори и обучаеми.
Тестването ни даде ценна информация и обратна връзка какво може да бъде допълнително подобрено по отношение на планирането, организацията и подготовката на учебната среда. След тестовите сесии, беше изготвена концепция за практически курс за обучение в ПОО, основана на подхода VET@HOME.
